Cibo wine and bar has a great ambiance and a very spacious feel, as soon as you enter the place. There was a very tall wall filled with a variety of wines for you wine lovers. As for me, I was there only for the $18 winterlicious lunch so here goes my winterlicious foodie lunch experience 🙂
We started off with some warm bread and olives on the side. (I ate all the olives and they were seedless, love them )
For starters, I had the black tiger shrimp with spicy wine garlic tomato sauce. The sauce was perfect amount for the shrimps and not too over powering.
For main, some more shrimp with fettucine shrimp (with pesto, mascarpone cheese, touch of tomato sauce); the pasta had a subtle flavour whereas the shrimps were nicely sauced out.
Finally, for dessert: Milk Chocolate Risotto ( I was expecting this to be more of a liquid texture like in a regular risotto but it was more of a toffee feel)
So go ahead, you still have a few more days to check out their Winterlicious lunch special at a great price 🙂
